Please know the Arts for Life Scholarship Program does not fund the following: 1. Food or travel expenses. 2. Continuation of an activity that the applicant is already participating in or may in extenuating circumstance, but not fully fund. 3. Group activities. Please see the Arts for Life Program Guidelines for full program details.

In this application, we refer to the “Participant” to mean the individual who would be participating in the arts activity with the assistance of a scholarship.
